QT1100 8" Handle QuadTool™ is for general purpose use with a variety of QuadTool™ Seal and Bearing Installers. Use with QT1823 Input Bearing Cup Installer.

QT1101 14" Handle QuadTool™ is for axles and transmissions and to be used with a variety of our QuadTool™  Seal and Bearing Installers. Use with QT1802 Countershaft Front Bearing Cup Installer.

QT1801 Input Bearing Cup Installer QuadTool™ is used along with QT1100 Driver Handle to seat QU10125 or QU10137 Bearing Cup into the front of your NV4500 transmission case. This tool installs those critically important and expensive bearing cups without damaging the precision machined bearing surfaces.  Faster, safer, and easier than using a punch.

Pullers
Bearing & Gear Puller Components
Speed the disassembly process of your NV4500 rebuild by using pullers specifically designed for the job! These pro quality tools are the same as shown on our NV4500 rebuild video. Bearings are enclosed during pulling reducing the risk of breakage and injury. Due to the cost, we offer these mainly for the pro rebuilder. For the one time rebuild, you probably already have generic pullers that will do the job, however, we want to make sure you know up front what extra tools you may need to perform a rebuild so we have made notes of possible alternatives for each jaw set. Always use eye protection and appropriate safety measures when using these or any other puller. If you are unsure of how to safely pull bearing components, have a machine shop remove your bearings. QT2014 Bearing Puller Set is the base unit to use with the various optional jaws shown below. Three sets of legs allow you to handle all NV4500 4x2 and 4x4 pulling chores plus many other pulling applications. Includes sleeve to hold 2 piece external jaws in place. Made in U.S.A.
QT9305 3 Jaw Internal Bearing Puller attaches to the QT9302 (5lb.)or QT9303 (10lb.) slide hammer to remove internal bearings and bushings from axles, front wheel bearing spindles, transmissions, transfer cases, and steering gears. Forcing cone holds jaws in place during pulling. Fits bearings from 15/16" -3¼". Reach on smaller bearings is 2" and increases to 3½" at maximum spread. Made in U.S.A. Limited Supply!

QT2017 Mainshaft Rear Bearing Jaws is really nice to have when you are disassembling a transmission with a good mainshaft, but you won't use it on about 90% oe NV4500 rebuilds from diesel trucks because the fifth gear worked loose and spun the rear bearing on the shaft. Use with the QT2014 puller.



  
QT2018 Input Bearing Jaws are used in conjunction with the QT2014 puller. As an option you can use a bearing splitter with a center forcing attachment to remove the mainshaft 5th gear, mainshaft rear bearing, and countershaft rear bearing.  The same setup can be used on the countershaft front bearing if the bearing cage and rollers are removed. A bearing splitter supported in a hydraulic press is the fastest method to remove the input bearing. Made in U.S.A.
QT2019 QT2019 Countershaft Rear Bearing Jaws: Use QT2020 Use QT2020
QT2020 Countershaft Front or Rear Bearing Jaws is tapered on the outside to clear the front countershaft gear when placing the collet in place around the countershaft front bearing. It is also the right size to pull the countershaft rear bearing which has to be removed before you can take the countershaft out of the transmission case. Use with the QT2014 puller to quickly and easily remove the both countershaft bearings. Made in U.S.A.
QT2021 Input Bearing Cup Remover Jaw Set makes removing the input bearing cup a whole lot easier. Use with the QT2014 puller to quickly and easily remove the input bearing cup. Optional methods you could try include slitting the cup with some precision torch work or welding a bead around the ID of the cup. Theoretically, when the bead cools, it will the shrink cup making removal possible. Made in U.S.A.
